Introducing: Corley Realty Group

Back in July 2004, I started this real estate brokerage agency with the goal of establishing better standards for the Sale and Lease of Residential Properties in Brooklyn, New York.  It was my hope to play a role in creating a more efficient real estate market.

In Corley Realty Group that agency was born with a large mission before it;

Improve the Seller/Buyer and Landlord/Tenant experience through effective market practices

Having worked at a number of brokerage firms earlier in my career, it was evident that the “one size fits all” approach to brokering real estate transactions left a lot to be desired for everyone involved (including Agents).

6 years, $25 million in residential property sales and $3.5 million in apartment leasing later, we continue to improve our Team approach for executing Sale and Rental transactions that provide value to our clients and convenience to our customers.

It would be easy for me to rattle on about how great our company is but there are enough broker web sites that have the same message.

And our Team approach assures our clients that there is more than 1 person working to arrange a sale or rental transaction for their property.  This is a clear departure from the traditional business model still practiced by most of the New York City’s real estate brokerage agencies.

This empowers our clients to make informed decisions on marketing their property as opposed to listening to a broker’s presentation and opinion on a suggested listing price as their sole strategy, with a 6% price for service.
