Michael Corley Michael Corley began his real estate career in September 2002 as a Sales Associate, working for residents in the Bedford Stuyvesant and Gowanus/Park Slope neighborhoods. During the course of arranging sales and rentals he developed a different approach in his real estate practice. Michael noted that the real estate experience for both client and customer was riddled with inconsistencies, failed processes, unsubstantiated costs and inexplicable delays. Managing transactions valued well over a half a million dollars meant there were 2 parties being charged a hidden cost for an unprofessional business model. More importantly, Michael found that the size of the real estate brokerage agency didn't necessarily improve the experience for either client or customer. In July 2004, Merging his Real Estate and International Banking experiences, Michael developed a brand of real estate service that has been overwhelmingly received in just 18 months.
