I don’t know what I like more about this space; the wood mantled fire places, window shutters (which can save a bundle on blinds and drapes) or the high ceilings with their elegant light fixtures.

Honestly, who couldn’t be persuaded by the looks of this apartment into making this your new home in Brooklyn NY?

But just because it’s being offered at an unbelievable value doesn’t mean this place is a no frill option.  Far from it.  As the photos reveal, you’re treated to great layout with care applied to details familiar in a brownstone townhouse.

From the honey toned hardwood floors, mirrored mantles and remodeled kitchen, why would you deny yourself the lifestyle this place offers at $1,200 a month (if there could only be more apartments like this available).

Aesthetics aside, you won’t be held captive to your apartment after you discover all the recreation available at Saratoga Park (one of the neighborhood’s historic picture strolling parks designed at the turn of the century).

After working up an appetite, you can stop by Bed Stuy Fish Fry for great seafood on your way home … it’s one of my favorite takeout spots.
