- will identify themselves as a Agent/Broker in the message field in the form submitted
- are NOT representing a customer as their client who have previously contacted Corley Realty Group, Inc. by phone, email or website request form about the real estate listing an appointment or information is being requested
- understand if a customer their claiming as a client has contacted us about a real estate listing at corleyre.com prior to their agency representation, there will be no offer to cooperate in arranging a sale or rental for any real estate listing listed at corleyre.com
- must accompany their customer/client on any appointment scheduled to view any real estate listing at corleyre.com.
- understand that failing to accompany their customer/client on a scheduled appointment will result in their customer/client not shown the property, unless a professional courtesy has been extended by the listing agent in writing by email.
- will automatically opt-in our email list to receive messages about real estate listings and other real estate related offers and information.
